一、YB 陶瓷柱塞泥漿泵
YB Ceramic Plunger Mud Pump
 
該泵能夠自動(dòng)控制輸出流量且保證設(shè)定壓力不變，根據(jù)實(shí)際工況設(shè)定一個(gè)壓力值，當(dāng)壓力升到設(shè)定值時(shí)壓力停止上升，此時(shí)泵的流量能在零到z大流量間根據(jù)實(shí)際需要自動(dòng)改變運(yùn)行速度并保持設(shè)定壓力不變。
由液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)，壓力高，壓力調(diào)整快捷，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。采用α型氧化鋁陶瓷柱塞磨損小，操作安裝維護(hù)方便，使用成本低壽命長(zhǎng)。

采用PLC編程變頻器對(duì)泵進(jìn)行控制，以針對(duì)不同工況和不同物料采用相應(yīng)的程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)精確控制，可以提高工作效率，節(jié)約時(shí)間，還可以對(duì)泵的運(yùn)行故障自動(dòng)診斷報(bào)警。

      The pump is controlled by PLC programming convertor, by using the relevant program to get the accurate control to different working condition and materials, so as to increase the work efficiency, saving time, diagnosis alarm automatically to the working fault.
      Using for feedstock of filter press: adjusted by pressure & time curve, shorten intake period (saving time), press period, adjusting the pressure changing speed and time changing speed (could change the density of material facing to filter cloth to enhance the water permeability, increasing efficiency); press keeping period, adjusting to best power output (saving energy) according to the actual pressure and flow volume needed.
      Using for spay dry: set the working pressure, the pump could adjust the working speed automatically on the condition of setting pressure no change, to achieve the no over flow working, prolong life-span, above 30% energy saving to the common pump.

三、YB鈦合金耐腐柱塞泵

Specification:

四、YB高壓陶瓷柱塞泥漿泵
YB high pressure Ceramic Plunger Mud Pump
 
該泵為YB系列改進(jìn)型，z高壓力為3Mpa,4Mpa,5Mpa三個(gè)等級(jí)，可輸送高濃度高粘度及含有顆粒的懸浮漿液，不用裝底閥可直接抽吸液體運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪聲小。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、拆裝維修方便。根據(jù)壓力合理選配電機(jī)，z大程度提高效率。

The pump is the modified product of YB serials, max pressure is 3Mpa,4Mpa,5Mpa, it can transmit serous fluid with high density, high viscosity and with suspend particle, it can pump the fluid directly without mounting bottom valve. 五、YB不銹鋼耐酸柱塞泵
YB stainless steel Acid-resisting plunger pump
 
該泵為輸送腐蝕性物料而設(shè)計(jì)。
由于耐酸不銹鋼有一定的抗晶間腐蝕能力，凡接觸腐蝕性物料介質(zhì)的部分均為不銹鋼材料制作。采用陶瓷柱塞及耐酸堿密封，所以能輸送含腐蝕性物料，也可采用其他不銹鋼材料制作不會(huì)對(duì)輸送的物料產(chǎn)生二次污染。
用途：高嶺土、活性白土及含酸堿物料的輸送和高壓過(guò)濾，高壓電瓷原料的噴霧干燥及高壓過(guò)濾，食品原料的高壓輸送和過(guò)濾。
The pump is designed for the transmitting the corrosive materials.
Due to the intergranular resisting ability of Acid-resisting stainless steel, the medium to contact corrosive material is designed and made by stainless steel.
Using ceramic plunger and Acid-resisting seal, so the pump can transmit corrosive materials, also can be designed by other stainless materials to avoid the 2nd pollution the transmitting materials.
Usage: Kaolin, white bole and material with Acid/Alkali transmitting and filtration with high pressure; electroceramic material spray/dry and filtration with high pressure; foodstuff material transmitting and filtration with high pressure.

六、YBB壓濾機(jī)專(zhuān)用泵

      該泵主要配合壓濾機(jī)使用，獨(dú)特的液壓回路設(shè)計(jì)，特別適合壓濾機(jī)在固液分離方面的應(yīng)用。該泵能夠自動(dòng)控制輸出流量且能保證設(shè)定壓力，根據(jù)過(guò)濾物料設(shè)定一個(gè)壓力值，當(dāng)壓力升到設(shè)定值時(shí)壓力停止上升，此時(shí)泵的流量能在零到z大之間根據(jù)壓濾機(jī)實(shí)際需要自動(dòng)切換單泵運(yùn)行或雙泵運(yùn)行，并保持設(shè)定壓力不變，故用此泵給壓濾機(jī)升壓時(shí)間短，保壓過(guò)濾功率低，壓力波動(dòng)小，節(jié)約時(shí)間提高效率，相比其他壓濾機(jī)進(jìn)泵節(jié)能30%。
The pump is designed for the filter press, unique design for the hydraulic circulation, fit for the application of separation of solid-liquid. The pump could control the flow volume output to keep the setting pressure automatically. Set a pressure value according to the filter, the pressure will stop increasing when the setting pressure is reached, then the flow volume can be adjusted from 0~max. according to the actual requirement, keep the setting pressure no change with switching to single pump or double pump automatically. So the pump could shorten the time of pressure, decrease the power consumption, less the pressure fluctuation, save time and more efficiency, with 30% energy saving comparing to the other products.
